TERMS & CONDITIONS

Reading Clients: Payments are to be paid in full at the time of booking. All sales are final. If you no-show or cancel your appointment, you will forfeit 100% of all monies you paid at the time of booking the appointment. There are no exceptions. In the event that you have an actual emergency, you will be allowed a one-time reschedule. That appointment will have to be made through contacting me at strongrootshm@yahoo.com. This one-time reschedule will be done at "my" earliest appointment availability. Please note, due to a very busy schedule, you may be required to wait up to a year for re-booking. All readings are to be done through online video calls. All readings are to start promptly at your scheduled appointment time. I will wait 10 minutes for a client to show up using the Streamyard link I will provide through email or text.  If you do not show up within 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a no-show, and you will forfeit 100% of the payment you made at the time of booking and will not be given the ability to reschedule. Please call and communicate if you are struggling with the connection.  I allow ONE "moral support" person to attend the reading with you. Any other person that you bring with you will be charged $50.00 per person, which needs to be paid for PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT through invoice. If you do not set it up with me prior to, they will be asked to leave the appointment. You can share the link I provide to you, with your other people if they wish to connect from their residence. You will receive a confirmation text to the phone number, or email address you provide at the time of booking. Make sure the information you provide is accurate and working. 

I understand this all seems overwhelming. I can attest these are not implementations that I wanted to put into place. They are in place because people in the past did not value my time or my worth. Many canceled checks, no-shows, missed appointments, and endless excuses from people made me have to place policies that seem harsh. I can attest to you that you are important and you are valued. I am looking for clients who equally understand not only the time and energy that I put into channeling your lost loved ones but value me as well. I look very forward to channeling for you. 

Hypnosis clients: You are agreeing that you understand that I graduated from Cascade Hypnosis Center in 2023. I have been a certified 5-PATH and 7-PATH hypnotist since October 29th, 2023, and hold good standing with the National Guild of Hypnotists. I graduated from ROSS Medical LLC in 2008, as a certified Medical Assistant. I am NOT a licensed physician

The services being provided are alternative or complementary to healing arts services licensed by the state of Michigan. The services being provided to you are not licensed by the state of Michigan. 

In my practice I use the theory that hypnosis is to help people discover the subconscious reasons for their symptoms, behaviors, or habits. When they are discovered, I use certain tools and techniques to help the client release them and relearn a new positive way of thinking, subconsciously. This is called hypnotism.
